Frequently asked.
No. Core safety functions — valve shutoff, fan activation, buzzer, LED alerts — run entirely on the local ESP32 with no internet needed. SMS alerts also work via the SIM800L GSM module independently of WiFi. Internet is only required for Telegram alerts, the Gemini AI chat, and OTA firmware updates.
An SG90 servo motor is mechanically coupled to a standard gas ball valve. When the ESP32 triggers a gas or flame alert, it drives the servo to the closed position in under a second. You can also open or close it manually from the dashboard, touchscreen, or voice command.
We're in final production preparations. Pre-booked orders will be prioritised and shipped in the order they're received once manufacturing is complete. You'll get an email update when your order is confirmed and again when it ships.

All three tiers include the full safety system: gas/flame/pressure sensors, auto valve shutoff, exhaust fans, LPG weight monitoring, Telegram/SMS alerts, web dashboard, and voice commands. The difference is display size (4" / 7" / 9"), camera count (1 / 2 / 4), and whether you get multi-room zone monitoring and the upgraded processor (Elite only).
